Default Maco's New motor +

Ok Got the pic for you!! Started right up!!

Not pretty but if we can fish I no care!!

1988 Evinrude 175hp

The white tape is for holding the fuse in there for the test, I had to make the wire harness longer and for got to disconnect the battery before cutting the wire *:o

I did not have a short 20 amp fuse so I used a long for now.

I did not have a power tilt switch on the control so for the moment I ran the wire and made my own remote switch I can use from inside and out side *;D *Will get 2 new switches in the spring, for dash and motor

Stainless prop 14 1/2 X 17 *I will have to see what it does?? I had a 15 X 15 1/4 on the others and that gave me pleanty of toruq when I have 800 pound fish and 3 guys onboard!!

Brand new hydrofoil!!

-----------------------------------------------------------------

While waiting around for a motor, I fixed the bow were I hit a rock *:-[ *But I have no pic of the damage.

also a new coat of bottom paint.

Also removed the Bow Rail and fixed all holes.

OK we are ready for ther water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *See what happens this week end for weather??

You deserve some good luck MJ. I'd part out the Yamaha. You should get $200 for the cowling alone. Then there's prop, lower unit, carbs etc.

Trying to save MJ a few key strokes cause he's a busy man...His replacement Yam came apart on the maiden voyage, no need to rehash that one...The Bracket is a Stainless Marine Gil Bracket I'm pretty sure.
