Default Pump replaced

Pretty straight forward install. Looks good on there, too bad it's gonna get all dirtied up.

I'm no expert, but I think you needed a new waterpump.

Great picture. I bet that will inspire some people to change thier impeller before its too late. Looks like you went with all new housing and everything.

Yeah I did Blue. It wasn't that expensive to go ahead and do it that way (thanks to those who pointed me in the right direction). I have peace of mind knowing it's a good pump.

Have you removed the engin?? or changed the mounts??
I was able to remove the motor and put right back on the mounts and never needed the alinement tool.

some shops will rent you an alignment tool, ask around, in your area there arn't as many I/Os as there are OB's, so someones alignment tool is sitting back in the shop collecting dust. If that doesn't work, Sierra and GLM both sell alignment tools for far less than Mercruiser

Thanks spare. ebasicpower has one for a reasonable price, I could just make a day trip down there to get it. It's about an hour away, but a good excuse to checkout the sights "down east".
