Default MJ's Sea Ox Repairs

Well I have started!!

The guy was not getting any gas out of the boat tank, os he started using a 12 gal portable tank.

I have removed the floor pannel in hopes to get the tank out and clean it.

Well after removing the pannel I am not getting the tank out! Its as big as a coffin and foamed in.
There are no gas smells and it looks just fine, so I am going to pump as much gas out as I can, add new gas, replace hoses while I am there and then I should be fine!

But what I think stoped the gas is the vent, wait till you see this! I have never seen a vent look like this in my life!

So I am off to the store and get some things, I will have pic later tonight!

Ok all hose replaced, new ball, new filter, I pumped the ball andf the gas flowed!!
I got 7 gal out so far and will get the rest tomorrow ;D

But before I button the cover back on I want to replace the wire for the sending unit for the fuel gage. And majke sure it works??

I am sure it won't for long, but might as well start out right ;)

Here is the vent for the gas tank

Here is the coffin other wise known the gas tank

And this is the floor above the tank, solid as a rock!!

It was made using the same small 3 X 3 squares that wellcraft uses, But then they took what looks like PVC and glassed it in as braces.

Thatys it for today, tomorrow is another day!!
