Saw that on TV...followed by a clip of a marlin jumpin' into a sporty and breakin' the jaw of one of the occupants...this sport we've chosen can be dicey at times... ;) ::) 8) ;D...

He was a lawyer right? If he would have been injured, he would have sued the kayak maker, the rod builder, the reel manfacturer, the line and hook manufacturer, and filed a class action suit against the lure manufacturer!
