Went out this morning on a charter with a few friends and had one of the best trips EVER ;D Raining hard when we left with high winds and a strong chop of about 4-6' a few hours later the fishing gods smiled down on us with clear sunny skies and their blessing bestowed us with keeper after keeper. Stared at Saterdaynight ledge for a couple hours then a few miles SE for the rest of the day. Lots of cod, some skinny but others were putting on the weight. More haddock than I have ever seen and a few real nice wolffish. Clams were taking most just wasn't a jigg day I guess. Caught the biggest and won the pool ;) All my neighbors are now enjoying fresh fish dinners as my freezer isn't large enough. I can't say enough about Capt. Bob and the mates really made the trip fantastic, I've been on the Yankee Fleet many times but this trip is what it's all about.

That's pretty cool . . . congrats on being the pool winner. How many pounds was your fish?
