Looks like I am pulling the trigger on a new outboard. I found a leftover 03 Yamaha 150, carbed for $7500 plus installation. It was inevitable and I am basically happy this happened.

I just hate to drop 8500 when I paid 8000 for the boat motor and trailer,,,,,, well ok, ,, ten years ago. Someone make me feel better and tell me that its ok to buy an "old" carbed engine and that she will last for ten years or better.
