Default Newbie from Curacao needs advice

Hi Guy's

I live in Curacao and am thinking of buying a V-20 center console boat to use for scuba diving and fishing here in the south Caribbean.

As a complete newbie can you help me with the following:

Is the V-20 a good choice for me?

I have seen the following boat for sale in Venzuela, can anyone let me know what they think it is worth, and what I need to look out for if I buy it?

Hope you can help,
Kevin
