He doesn't mention what year it is but my guess is that it's around a 1979 - 1981. Most of the boat appears to be in fairly good shape. From what I can see from the pics, it appears to have been left sitting in the water for a really long time. Look at the amout of rust and corrosion around the transom and motor. The transom looks like it's also going to need some work. You can see a discoloration around the motor well cutout that looks like it's been epoxied.
Not bad, but I wouldn't go much higher than his $1000.00 starting bid.
