Default Hurricane in the Gulf

Whole peninsula of Florida is going to impacted by this mess. Worst part is how slow it is moving. Looks like a Cat 3 or 4, but scaling down as it comes ashore. No where near me, but I know we have some members down there. I m pretty sure it is near Fermanator. Also know we have some guys near Orlando ,Winter Park, Miami, etc.

Keep em in your thoughts, gonna be a bumpy ride

Sitting here in Charleston, watching its path closely. Not only do i worry about it heading here, if it goes further west, it will run thru Charlotte where both my daughters are in school, if it goes further East it will have an impact here, plus if it goes out to sea and strengthens, there s a chance of it hitting my place in NC

She should be fine G. Just gotta watch the outer feeder bands. They will be running up the east coast. They have most of the tornados in them. When Opal came through here in 95, we had more damage from tornados than the hurricane

Saw a couple of tracks putting it back out in the Atlantic south of Jacksonville. I think what saved us was the cold front coming down yesterday. It is 61 degrees this morning. Brrrrrrr

Sitting here in my living room in nj and praying for the people in Florida I have a Couson in Lakeland and relatives in Tampa. Hoping everyone is ok looking at those pictures and videos reminds me of super storm sandy that hit ny and nj. We lost power for 12 days and the people at the water front lost everything. The surge was amazing. Pray for them.

Brutal day for the west coast of Florida. Everyone there needs our prayers and soon our help.

My cousin in South Venice still has power and sent video. Three buddies near Cape Coral haven't checked in for a few hours . . .
