Perhaps you should read the 1st Amendment to the constitution.... the one where it says: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances". And before you say anything about it not being peaceful, there were 20,000+ people there and it was mostly peaceful with a very small percentage getting out of hand. .
