this past year used boat prices have been crazy, I've got a bumble bee bass boat that I need to finish and my Searay 210 sundeck that needs to sell this spring. Its crazy what people are paying for used boats. of course new boats are even worse. Everything around here with a four stroke is selling at a premium. the only thing that isn't selling is etecs, people are screwed with those things, the word is out that they are no longer being produced and you cant give them away

Looks like a nice set up Genie. Have you had her out on the water yet? I see that you have a kicker motor too, as do I. Curious how she sits and if the floor stays dry while trolling (thinking about water coming in through the scuppers).

I have an old 200HP Merc and will most likely repower next year. My kicker is a 9.8 Tohatsu (90lb). I am concerned about how much weight I might be adding on the transom.

I hope you get good service out of it. I'm a member of a board of all marine mechanics, its been posted they are already running into issues with parts availability with 6 year old engines. the parts an warranty will now go thru merc dealers. Best of luck to you. Mark my words, Bomb will come back into the market a few years from now with a 4 stroke marketed under the Sea Doo name

GOOD MAN!!!! Don't give in to the pressure, so have a

nice cold one and relax. By the way, I'm not

selling the Brooklyn Bridge either, I think I'll sleep under it,
I mean sleep on it.

Yes, have test run on the lake and a trip crabbing. No issues with water coming in the scuppers when trolling, but put 3 people back by the scuppers and you get a little, not enough to phase me. My troller is a 15hp 2 stroker, so pretty light for size. I am going to move batteries forward to pull 100+lbs off the back.

Actually you will see BRP come back with big hp electric ...they are testing 150hp electrics already on the water.
