Seems the original ( OE) horn still being produced for $30 .

Get an air horn; you will thank me later. It is a bit more expensive than that wimpy electric horn, but other boaters can actually hear it. I put one in my Bertram using the original wiring for the old electric horn. Took about 20 minutes.

horns are made in the same chinese factory as trailer lights.
There are no good ones.

I keep 1-2 sports type air horns on the boat ....with one at the helm
Replacing the factory horn just to keep my V21 in great condition .....and sometimes just a bit of horn enough. The horns on cruise ships might be interesting...... Imagine Wellcraft V with those horns Last edited by bgreene; 07-15-2020 at 01:54 PM. |
