About Site Donations

I inherited this site from Macojoe 3 years ago. Since then I've not changed the details in the Donate button link to reflect my paypal account. When I got the site I just wanted to keep it running. I went through a ton of crap to get the server moved to a new host. The biggest issue is our vBulletin version is super duper old and unsupported. We overcame that and got to the new host.

The site still has some issues:
1) We aren't taking any backups. Any vBulletin or IT volunteer expertise is appreciated. Especially Linux vs Windows.

2) After we get backups squared away we need to upgrade vBulletin. Again, looking for help from any site members.

3) And of course, we have to keep paying our hosting fees which is about $140 per year. Paying 3 years up front gets a small savings but is a chunk to pull out of pocket (even tho I love you guys lol).

So all of these things take time and money. I'm looking for volunteers of time. If you want to donate money - in Paypal use [email protected]. Again, the details in the donate page are incorrect, but if you want to donate to MJ - his info is there.

Anything that comes in to my paypal will go into a fund to pay the bills around here.
