09.07.2018 - Did we go for Porgy's??
Yesterday Joe and I hit the water and we had a real good day, we didn't catch anything to take home, but it was a fun day. The video is short, but it's a video. The video we should've taken was when I hooked that Trigger fish. As soon as we got to the spot, I dropped my line and a bite, Joe didn't believe me, I said yeah, then I got the hit, BANG, he took off like a bat out of hell, to the back of the boat, pulling off line, to the side and kept on taken more line, we both thought I had a huge Black Fish, then when it turned on it's side we saw what it was. Everything happened so fast, we didn't even think about the camera, it was get the net. It was really funny and fun yanking that fish in. Trigger fish are excellent eating, but I returned it anyway.

A good day on the water is it's own reward. Catching fish is just the bonus prize. Happy you had a good day. Too bad no video of catching the Triggerfish, but things sometimes happen fast. It was a beautiful fish none the less.
