| Jamaica Bay Porgy's

Went out fishing yesterday with Lloyd and Michael on the V20. We had a great day, weather was perfect and those big Porgy's were very cooperative. We caught 17 Porgy's, two were 16", caught by Lloyd and 1, 15", caught by me, all the rest were from 11" and up. We also had four short Fluke a few short Sea Bass with a couple that were 13", all were returned HAPPY HAPPY even the 7 Sea Robins and I was crowned Rocker Queen of the day AGAIN!! . I had my usual, a toasted everything bagel with butter and 25lbs of bacon from the Knapp Street Deli, Thanks Sam and Siead.

Fillet them, take out the spine bone, rinse, egg, bread them in my own bread crumbs, hot olive oil, then fry them up just like chicken tenders, but these are Porgy tenders. I took this picture because Lloyd never had them and I wanted to show him how they looked, cooked. I usually don't take pictures of my food.
