I have a 1994 V-21 with a 1994 Mercury 150 2.0 litre. With 1 person and a light load of fuel, at full throttle and trimmed up it will climb past 6000 RPM's. Also will cavitate in turns when trimmed.
The boat is stored at my lake house for another month or two, so I can't look at the prop to see what I have now. I am thinking about changing to reduce the RPM's a little, say 300 or so and maybe going to a 4 blade. Anybody running a V-20 or V-21 with this type setup or similar. Any thoughts on what to go to? Thanks.

I like the mirage style large diameter props. If you have the correct 2:1 lower unit ratio, I would guess a 17 or 19 pitch would be where you should look.
