Default crab melt sammich

take some local (or whatever you like) lump crab meat, cooked of course and mix it with whatever ham you like (except honey ham, just dont taste right with the crab) and throw that in the microwave for a few seconds. get it hot and put it on some sour dough and melt some swiss cheese on top. its that easy and its darn good. i use black forrest ham and blue crab cause blues are my favorite and are everywhere round here.. ill also lightli butter my bread on the outside and throw it in a hot pan like a grill cheese

Sounds good, our favorite way to eat crab is West Indies Salad. Been getting them pretty regular over here lately. Stone crab season opens tomorrow

Thanks for the recipe
