Default Annual BC fishing trip in the books

Had another great trip out to Prince Rupert fishing on the V. Fishing was tough had to grind out some days to have a little catch to show for it but we did get a few beauties. Brad got two monster ling cod Brett got a nice 65lb halibut and a 30 lb spring salmon. I landed a bunch of nice lings halibut and a 30lb spring. Gave the V a good going over this spring plugs filter leg oil water pump and a few other details. Seamed to work out motor run flawless again and seamed to get way better fuel milage

Beautiful catch - a Halibut the size of a small Buick, two springers, a nice Ling and that sunset.

It was another great trip learned lots more about tidal fishing and boating. the morning run out with that sunrise in the pic I posted was spectacular. watched lots humpbacks making there migration north and had some dolphins play alongside the V for a few miles. Brad got the thrill of a lifetime when he hooked "bottom" that big ling gave him a run for his money. Love the ride of my boat but Really starting to hate the short windshield. I look right through the top of the metal strip witch makes me bend over and after a week on the water i'm having a hard time bending over to tie my shoes today.
