Default Striped Bass NJ 11/4

Raritan Bay........ bunker snag bite, thick fish from 32" - 39" . Caught and released maybe 12 fish.

Released all within 30 seconds of netting to ensure fish survival.
That's plenty of time to admire and take pic.

Flat calm, exceptional day. Finally got lucky.

Well lets see where do I go? Just got some info that the striped ones were at seaside today, all you what big ones at that. But I just might stick to my plan and fish the Raritan Bay. Since Bennet mugged them up today and its a closer ride.
One thing about trailing a boat is, you can go where the fish are!

Yes sir went the right way, today I went solo got their at 5:15 AM. Only to get greeted by fog. Thank God for radar. Found fish that were hungry and managed to get my two keepers.
Left in a couple of hours, drove thru some rain but got home at 12:30 noon.Back to deer hunting!

Starting to get the process for posting down.......so that's me on left and fishing buddy with 2 of the 10 or so stripers we mostly released on the Raritan trip.
Supported the other fish for pic and quick swim away release. Notice the fish's fins sticking out because it was very much alive and back in the water within 30 second.
I read you want to get them back in the water in less than 30 secs to avoid oxygen deprived brain damage..
