Default Port lounge seats ( back to back)

Wellcraft no longer has any info on those seats. The ones in the catalogs I have looked at have a 10" high base and the total seat height is 28". This sounds very short. The base box on my boat is 16 or 18 inches high.Does anyone know where to purchase these seats? Thanks

Best of luck finding them. All the new ones are too short, made for smaller boats. I actually rescued my old one from the dump, had to climb down in the dumpster to get it back out. Had a carpenter friend of mine build me a new base a couple inches taller so the seat would be the same height as the helm seat. I stained and varnished the base to match the teak on the boat and had an marine upolstery shop re cover the seats with a higher grade marine vinyl.

My base for the seat seems to be in good shape.I think the best way to resolve this is to buy swivels and then bolt on separate seats. I'll be going to the AC boat show, I'm sure there will be other ideas to look at.

When I was looking to replace my back to back seat I did find one seat that had an extra tall base, I didnt get it because it was very expensive. I will see if I can find the brand for you.

are you talking about bolting swivel seats back to back?
before i did that, i'd bolt one in and get a good deck chair to face to the stern.

if you install a pedestal seat, through bolt it with fender washers on the underside.
don't just lag it down.

Our V had a replacement back to back seat. It had a base built of 2x10 pressure treated lumber with a back to back seat attached to the top of the frame.

If your base is OK you could get just the seats from these guys and use your base.

Or you can order them with up to 18 inch tall base.
