Saw this on craigslist and thought of a few of y'all. Could be a cool project for cheap.

1968 Esquire 16' speed boat - $1300 (Pooler GA)




Rare 16' 1968 Esquire fiberglass speedboat and really nice trailer for sale. Boat has 69 Mercury 125hp inline 6 mounted on it which needs electrical work, a custom aluminum gas tank, vinyl bench seat, nice trailer with bearing buddies, two sets of controls. Boat needs work, I bought as a project and don't really have a place to work on it living in an apartment complex. Also comes with two extra motors, one is a 68-69 135hp Merc straight 6 and the other is I'm thinking an 80's model 115hp straight six. I bought these two so I could make one nice motor out of all three, the 135 looks to be in pretty good shape, maybe run in fresh water, also three extra used props. Like I said, the boat needs a little TLC and some engine work. Thanks
