Old style tie down brake caliper

Went to change my pads for the year and noticed one of the pistons on the right side caliper was torn. Its the old style tie down 10, 12 inch disc brake setup. I'd like to replace just this caliper as hubs are fairly new and other caliper is good. Notice though you can't seem to find those calipers anymore. Been a wicked month of bleeding money... fridge, truck, daughter medical bills... don't have the ability to put all new brakes on the trailer right now. Open to suggestions. Thanks. BTW its a 5 lug setup.
