The weather finally gave us a break and we got the boat ready to
get wet. The only thing left is the bottom paint and that will be done this week, if we can get rid of the rain and one warm day in the high 50's.

yes, we had 2 days in the 70's and I got the bottom painted, outside hull waxed, gear oil & water pump done. Then drove it to the canvas shop.

Opening the wallet for a three sided enclosure on my hardtop.

May I make a suggestion to use an ablative anti fouling paint. Last about three years when you put on three coats or more and the cost will offset the OLD FASHION method not to say you don't have to deal with prepping and painting along with additional coats of paint that don't go away!
I guess you will have to get it soda blasted then start with Inter protect
primer then Micron. But I think you will agree its the way to go.
