Congrats on the birth of your brand new spanking boat. May she bring you all the joy and happiness that her sisters have brought to the rest of us. What size Merc engine is that on her stern?

The plan is to fix the soft spot on the deck, bottom paint and install new electronics. The motor is a 200hp it has not been run in 7yrs so that's going to the mechanic to go over whatever needs to be done. It has a single battery would like to install dual batteries. The transom was built up 25 inches. Im not happy with the work on the transom but want to run it this season. I will see how the mechanic feels about the transom and go from there. so I have some work in front of me
