Any one know where you can buy 5x8 sheets of FG or PW

What thicknes are you looking for and for what use ? whould starboard work ?

a quick google search showed Menards having it.... have one of those around?

If you have a scarfing guide for a circular saw and some epoxy you can put multiple pieces of ply together to make any size you want

How about using balsa or even better a composite. Keep weight to a limit so as to not effect COG.
