I'm wondering if a v21 transom wouldn't be easier than a regular v20?

Personally I think you can find a much cheaper deal on a boat with a rotten transom that will include a trailer.

From the other one I seen needing a transom, I would say a big NO! What a nightmare it would be to get it open so you could get in there to all of the little pieces of wood that make up the extension and it's bends, and then if it needs the hulls transom done it would be like doing 2 in 1.

Pourable transom...probably stronger than concrete and I'm guessing it has to be lighter. Hope I never have to go there...
