Default Rear seat ideas

Well, I've decided that I want to put a seat on each side of the splash well but don't know where to start. I plan on having them upholstered to match the new back to back I installed last year and HOPE to even have back rest panels on them.
Has anyone manufactured anything like this on their boat and if so, would you show me how you did it?
Thanks in advance!

Here's RWilsons crew demonstrating the joys of these boat seats in a V20...VESATILITY...stable seating, COMFORTABLE as can be and lift out when you'd rather have the floor space than seating...They stay home when I'm fishing for example...

And they can be moved around as well...for me, this is the way to go...some of the best $$$ I've ever spent on boats

Easily turned around to face backwards for watching skiers, etc, too...when I turn them around like that, I put 'em forward up close to the capt's chairs...

I like those. I fished on Erie last week on a friends boat and they used them. But, their boat had alot of room. A 32ft bertram that was converted from a cabin crusier to a center console.big, roomy and stable.
What I'm thinking about is something on each side of the splashwell. I've been drawing up some pics and I may try to make them foldup so when someone is fishing they'll be out of the way.

Look at my thread Gunnel Project. take a look at the spashwell. coveres the front part with starboard (reinforced with angle aluminum). can still raise motor. I mount a cooler there but a cushion would make a perfect seat. thinking about a removable backrest for it.

Here is what I did... Its 3/4 plywood cased in resin and painted with topside boat paint. The top is spray in bedliner, same as what I sprayed on the floor. The seats are a bass boat universal 3 piece set
