Summit Racing
After my 3rd phone call in 2 weeks to get these blasted con rods I know why a lot of you don't like Summit Racing there Sales people are so rude and lazy rather to look or ask someone in the store they just say no
Well waiting up till 2 am to make a order and be told no after I done all the work and research with eagle for these Rods and eagle had my name on the package ready to go I wasn't happy I saw a leave feedback so of I went like Aussie does and tell them what I think of them even thou we talk differently once that was done I sent a email to costumer service and *****ed even more so of to bed I went I even emailed Allan at eagle and told him how much of a dick the guy was on the phone I was so annoyed that I couldn't sleep and I was up at 430 to see if I got a reply well I did with a lot of sorrys the said they listened to my recorded phone conversation and the live chat I had with another *** and they gave me a $25 voucher and $11 for shipping to Australia As we all know the good costumer will always complain and maybe they do rely on them to make there service better they also said the guy I spoke to was a agent what ever that meant FBI ??? I did make the 4th phone call and the guy I spoke to was great but this guy asked me my account number maybe they were hoping I would ring again to fix things well at least there on there way to summit

I don't think I've ever managed to get out of summit for under $1000
I used to live a couple hours west of the Talmadge OH store
