Default Boat top

I was thinking of ordering a Bimini top from Overton's. Has anyone got one from there? How do they hold up or should I spend more and go to a custom shop to get one done.

Cool

You should save your money and don't buy from any of them. I love Boatarama covers. They are an eBay seller, the poles are double wall 1" thick aluminum and the covers are nicely made. They come in 3 and 4 bow styles and the prices are hard to beat.

I believe Reelapeelin also bought one from them, ask him his opinion. But for me they are far and away a better value than a lot of the ones you find on other sites.

Do you need the whole top? or just canvas? I have a buddy here in va beach that will make you a canvas top if needed.

You might do better taking it to a shop if you just need the canvas. Would probably get a better fit with them being able to measure it themselves.

his company is Petty Marine. he used to sew and repair parachutes in the navy and on the side he did marine apolstry and curtains. hes now retired from navy and full on in the marine covering buisness. do yo still have your existing canvas? a pattern would be helpful. also he has some remnant colors in sunbrella he would cut a good deal on. pm me and let me know we are only about 35 to 40 minutes from you.
