the frame pictured and the top are nothin... cheap run of the mill bimini... Pick up a used upholstery machine and learn to sew... make your own curtains and sell the machine when done... OR make several and sell em..... You MIGHT even get the misses on board.

Good answer , I have been making camo. ground blinds for hunting ,using old tent poles for a while now , I dont think my singer mach. is heavy enough for marine matl. thou. but you are on to something . Us good old yankees can make a silk purse out of a pig's ear ferr shure . Might be a way to go ? if not guess I will get wet and cold LOL

Here are a few shots of mine--it was a ground up build on the top and back canvas--top of the line materials--especially the windows so they would last--and I will tell you Butt hurt was this-$$$$$-but awesome work and this was done when the economy was still rocking in 08. Still working great for me. Go to your local marine upholstry shop and make sure they have good reference's and their tops last--there is alot to the double stiching and the materials they use--little things make a huge difference in longevity--and this is a investment.

Very nice V-20 Genie Aye, When rigged out with a top, outriggers, radar and a antenna or two along with a back drop, about eight rod holders some gold internationals you have a mini sport fishing machine!
