1982 Wellcraft 18 FISHERMAN

I bought this boat last year. Its a 1982 Wellcraft 18 Fisherman. I discovered stringer rot and every one needs to be replaced. The previous owner replaced the transom and cut the cap in half to access the transom. They did a halfass job repairing it. The cap needs to be repaired correctly and it looks like the 3 layers of transom core are now separating from the transom skin. I have all the hatch lids and the floor in the cap is in good shape. I have the console and a rubrail for it. You can find more info in general section under my thread "Shaft length on 18 Fisherman" and its a 25" transom. If anyone is interested let me know.
