I think it might be a good motor and would love to have it to replace my HDPI when I sell it, but $2200 for a 25 year old motor is a bit up there I think?? $1500 sounds a bit more in line to me, but what do I know??

With engines that old........ got to wonder if it's still ( or ever ) producing 200 hp.

We read posts like..........swapped out the old 200 that ran fine for a new and picked up 10 mph top end !!

That's my concern too with buying a used motor, so I'm thinking stay with somewhat newer motors........since around the year 2000 or newer to get more for what you pay for.

Of course that's just my opinion.......and everyone's got one.
