Default 1986 V-20 Cuddy Part Out

All,
This has been a tough decision but I have decided to part with my V20. For those of you who don’t know, I was using the boat last season until an oil injection failure seized my Yamaha 150 and ended her career :(. I have been torn between installing a new outboard and putting work into the V20 or selling/parting it out. Based on how little I have been able to accomplish with the boat in the past few months I have decided I simply don’t have the time and would rather sell. I have included a list of items below and the associated price. I have tried to price everything very fairly. The boat is located near New London, CT for those of you who might be local. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I have enclosed a few pics of the hull below which are recent and yes the boat is a little dirty in the pics. If people would like specific pics of the items I have listed I would be happy to provide them. Just shoot me a PM.
Thanks,
-Brett
1986 cuddy w/ 25” transom. Hull only- $700
Firm. The boat has a solid floor, stringers, bow and cuddy. It has a minor gel coat crack on the bottom. Other than that it is in good shape for its age. The transom seems solid and did not flex or creak when pressure was applied to the outboard. It had no issues with the 150 yamaha on the back but it would probably be ideal to rebuild it. The fuel compartment is cleaned out and I will include the original RDS tank which may need repair. This price will include the hull and rigging/harness for a Yamaha outboard. It will not come with any other electronics or an outboard.
Magic Trailer w/ rollers- $600
The trailer has new electronics/lights and tows just fine. It does not currently have brakes but has the mounting plates for them.
Hull and Trailer package- $1200
Bimini Top- $200
Blue with cover and full enclosure eisenglass and rear canvas. The bimini itself is in great shape with no tears. I have always kept it covered when not in use. The eisenglass was always kept in the cuddy. It has no rips but is a little fogged. Probably nothing a good cleaning couldn’t fix. All the zippers are in excellent shape.
Moeller 40 gallon belly fuel tank- $350
Firm. I bought this tank with the intention of installing it into the boat. It is brand spanking new and has never been used. It comes with a new sending unit. The cheapest these sell for new is $420 (not including shipping) and there is a 2-4 week lead time to get them. I have enclosed a link to the tank drawing below:
http://www.moellermarine.com/sites/moellermarine/files/FT4028-2-R1.pdf
RDS aluminum 60 gallon tank- $80
If this does not go with the hull I will consider selling it separately. I don’t need to tell most of you what these go for brand new. The tank is from 1996 (I believe) and in decent shape. The sending unit worked fine last it was in the boat. It does not have any visible leaks, but I did note some fuel smell which is why I removed it from the boat in the first place. It may need to be repaired or coated.
Marine Batteries-$50 a piece
The boat has two deep cycle marine batteries that are only a year or two old. I will get more info and post it later.
Total package- $1800

Would you consider selling the cushions from inside the cuddy? Would you happen to have the OEM rear bench seat? I'd be interested in that too.
