The best deal on temporary trailer lights, from harbor freight. Saturday i went to pick up another v-20 on a trailer that has been sitting for awhile; so i figured out i would check the wheel bearings and bring two spare tires along with some lights. Trailer lights are always a problem due to corrosion and grounds. So my friend said lets get a set of those magnetic lights complete with wiring harness and plug for 18.00 at Harbor Freight. Well after 2 hours of digging it out of the mud and changing tires and repacking bearings it was time for the lights. What treat it was to attach the lights to the trailer and plug into the truck connection. Maybe about two minutes we were on are way home.
I think i will keep this set up in the truck for a emergency light problem rather than my test light, bulbs, and extra wire.

Totally agree that they pay for themselves in one use. just remember that the magnets that are in the bases are not the strongest in the industry, so make sure that you put the lights on a solid metal base all around the bottom. Other than that I haven't found any problems with them, and I've had my set for many years.

I paid $40 for a set of magnetic taillights from O'reillys, magnets are strong, they certainly wont fall off. I keep them in a zip up bag in the truck for emergencies.
