I have a 2001 Yamaha 225 OX66. At the end of the summer I noticed fluid sweeping out around the seals of the trim rams. Is this a complicated and expensive fix?

I just changed em out in a cmc trim unit.... took 30 minutes and 20 of that was spent using emery cloth where some turkey had used vice grips or something on the shaft.... total cost was ~$5 .... half a quart of fluid and 3 $0.10 orings
