i dont think thats a scupper. probably a baitwell intake or something.

Think it is a bait well, thats where mine was before I yanked it out, but my scupper were right next to them at the same level, This V might have the scuppers coming out the rear I figure.

ok mine are on both sides like this



since i have two on both sides i think one is for the bait well and one is for the scuppers but their on both sides would the bait well drain on both sides??

they sit ok when idling but when running they are submerged is this normal or should them be moved up???
