Default product to fill screw holes

well,i believe that paint wise i am going to go w/ the Interlux interdeck paint.since i am having the capt. seat pads done in light blue w/ navy blue piping to match the new lounge seat i believe that the deck will be in Squall blue.i spoke w/ a supplier today and he said that it is a 1 part paint that you can roll on and there should be no need for tipping.now,i have some old screw holes that will need filled and sanded before i paint.i hate to continue to sound so dumb about all of this but if anyone could recommend what to use i'd sure apprecitate it.
thanks!

I like 5200 below waterline and 4200 any where above waterline that may get wet.
