Default '89 V20 Center Console length?

I was asked the following regarding my boat. Does anyone have the answers?

"What is the actual measured length overall and the length from transom up to bow eye?"

Can someone also tell me what the difference is between the two?

Thanks,

Rey

Well I just stepped out in the driveway and dropped a line straight down off the very tip of the bow. The center of the bow eye is 18" back from the tip of the bow.

Cant help you on measuring overall but 20'6" has been widely published so if you go with that the overall length is 20'6" and the distance from transom to bow eye is 19'.

Lastly I have a cuddy and not a center console but I was always understood them to be same hulls.

Hope it helps....somebody sizing up a trailer?

Overall length is 20'6". Don't know the length from transom to bow eye but it would be shorter than 20'6". Overall length is measured from transom to farthest point forward on the bow. Muy guess is the length from transom to bow eye is closer to 19'6".

Go with RWilson since he measured. I was just guessing. His post snuck in right before I had finished typing mine.

Trailer for a 20 foot boat and 5000 pounds will do you fine!
