Default It sold today...

Thanks for all your help guys. A guy called and came down to see it and took it home with him today. Made me a cash offer I couldnt refuse. I told him about this site and how helpful yall were and if he had any questions to check this place out. Its bitter sweet, but im happy to have it sold so I can now fully enjoy my new grady white.

Congrats on the sale...you seem like a real reasonable seller which I'm sure helped alot...getting the compression test done and all....Alot of sellers just want you to sign that piece of paper that says "as is".

Enjoy your new Grady
