Remember the fuel vent varmit thread?
http://wellcraftv20.com/community/sh...highlight=vent I think I have the same problem. The little strainer cap that goes on the outside to keep stuff out broke (not completely) about a year ago enought to possibly allow stuff in. I just had to replace my shift/throttle cables so went to test it out. The cables I installed work perfectly. On the other hand I've got a fuel delivery problem at high RPMS. I had my buddy drive and push it on up to where the problem happens. As long as I was squeezing the bulb - no problem. The minute I quit, bulb starts going soft and engine isn't getting enough fuel. Only happenening above 4500 RPMS. Just replaced the primer bulb yesterday so I ruled that out. Also ruled out an obstruction in the pickup within the tank by unhooking and blowing bubbles into tank. Just about has to be the vent. Gonna check out the tank vent this weekend. I see you were able to access it through the small round inspection hatch. Question - what kind of vent fitting did you use as a replacement?
