The boat was bought in March 2010. Title hasn't been changed, it hasn't been registered or insured.
Has been taken to Cedar Key once. Now we know what happened to the lower unit!!

Just LOL. Maybe he thinks the high price will attract high-rollers? Kinda like the mercedes brand? For every guy like this there's another out there that might consider paying it!!!
