Default Paint for Splashwell

After repairing the transom I decided to fix the gel coat cracks in the splashwell. Needless to say my gelcoat color matching skills are very poor and its not lookin too pretty. Can anyone suggest a good paint for the splashwell. I have some petit topside paint but it says not for use below the waterline. Unfortunately the very bottom of the splashwell always has some water in it when its docked so i assume the topside paint wouldn't be a good choice.
