Am I the only one who sits around tying knots in my spare time?

I just love tying knots.

That's good stuff...as I'm still livin inna cave, I'm still usin all mono on my light spinning rods...need to spool those puppies up w/braid for all the advantages that'll bring (or so I hear and read)...anyway, the double uni-knot to connect braid to a mono leader looks like an easy enough way to break out of my old ways...anybody got a better way?...

reel, i use an albright when tying on a leader, both mono to mono & braid to mono. i switched to power pro about 5 years ago and love it. it took a while to get used to it as far as handling, but i love it for live bait fishing...

You are not the only one living in a cave REEL, I still use mono on most all of my rods, I have braid on one....I like it.

I got turned off when the first braids came out that wouldn't hold a knot, I remember people talking about having to use superglue to make the knots hold.
