Default A Buddy of Mine Just Picked Up One Of These

I saw it this weekend at the beach. Apparently his Grady White 27 wasn't enough boat so he snagged this one for over $200k.

It is brand new and has tripple 250 Yammie 4 strokes. He says he's had it up to 58 mph so far but he is still in the break in period so he hasn't opened it up yet.

He runs an electrical contracting company that does a lot of government constuction work, I guess they have plenty of work.

His GW will be for sale soon if anyone is in the market, he just put new motors on it a year or two ago.

triples are nice to run but not nice to maintain. Just imagine, the cost of zincs, times 3. The cost of an oil change, times 3. But I guess if you can afford to buy it you can afford to maintain it. At the marina I work at we have sold a lot of 35' Triton center consoles with triple Verados. There are a few of them that were shocked after they got the first bill from a 100 hour service(times 3). If you wat to play you gotta pay.

Giddy-up! Love that boat and if "I had the money", I would have that boat on the bow of my MY. And they would both be tied up behind my house, being cared for by my 12 female dock hands.
