the 225 is a little different but the 150,175,200 are all the same. Are you having a problem with the oil injection system? If so Yamaha makes a pretty good troublesooting flow chart that I could print out for you. But the factory manual is pretty big and would be a pain to print out entirely. I dont think a factory manual is available anymore from Yamaha. They are all online on their dealer network. I would check on ebay too. you might be able to find one there.

Fax would probably be the easiast for me. As far as your guages go. Black is ground, green is tach signal, yellow is ignition 12v,blue is guage lighting. If you have a digital speedo the white wire is gas tank sender(pink wire). That should get you started. There are other wies that also go to the multifunction tach(oil sensor harness, trim harness). They should just plug right in.

yea thats no problem. Yamaha makes analog gauges or you can use any brand you want. But your going to want to keep your warning lights for the oil system. Yamaha does make a smaller stand alone gauge for that. I have a few tachs and speedos that would work with your motor. If you need one just let me know. I wont be back to work until Monday so thats the soonest I could fax.

I gave my digital gauge to Bigshrimpin a while back, it was in good working order, I will ask him if he still has it.
