Default fixed fuse, got power, but won't fire.

Ok, found a blown fuse, got power, starter turns etc, and it will turn over, but it won't fire. I don't get any kind of spark at all. I pump the primer bulb, and it pumps tight.. I push the starter and nothing... Come back to bulb.. it's almost empty and not tight at all. Any thoughts?

Don't think it's the bulb if you are not getting any spark.

Did you check spark with plug removed?
