Default Fuel Sending Unit Make?

I pulled my fuel sending unit and need help identifying it. It is from my 94 V-21 and I believe it it the original one. I tried to google the P/N with no luck. I prefer to replace it with a similar one. This one worked well (until late last season anyway) and did not fluctuate with movement of the boat. Any advice to the manufacturer would be helpful.
My second question is where can I get the OEM rubrail from? I would just like to replace a section.

I just want to say that I have been a lurker here for sometime but never posted. I was a member here before I purchased my boat and it helped in making my decision. I read here almost everyday and like to think that I read just about every post. The threads provide a wealth of knowledge from people who have been there done that with their V's. Keep up the great site.........Here are some pix of my pride & joy.
Ken,

That looks like either a Gaffrig, zyntec/fireboy, or I think Teleflex had one like that also. Does it have adjustment screws(pots) on teh top, does it give an Ohm spec?

I did not see any pots on top. Only number I found on it was the P/N shown in the photo. Brought it to a local marina and they had no idea. I just don't want to get a cheap replacement. I tried to check it with a DMM but it was alreasy dead.

Love those 21s and yours looks like a particularly nice one...

Is the cross-section of your rub rail like one of these?...

Rub rail looks right on! I just have to measure it to be sure. Thanks Reelapeelin! Now I just have to determine who makes that fuel sending unit. Can't seem to find anything that looks remotely similar. I have to take a look to see if there is any fine print up on top of the sending unit. If I cannot find a direct replacement can anyone recommend a quality replacement?

I don't know what their minimum length is...you might have to buy long enough to do whole boat...which is just as good anyway...short pieces will probably show seams anyway...

Anyway, glad that was it...

Do you mean the variable resistor tube style ones that you cut and calibrate?

For the fuel sender, teleflex and (Marpac) have a good universal sender for @ 30.00 that works well if you follow the formula. I think the one that you posted is no longer available but it has been replaced with a newer style. Look up "wema" senders online and contact them. They will need to know the depth of your tank and they will send you a sender 1" less than the depth of your tank. with shipping you will probably be @ $50.00. Hope this helps.
