Wow, $200 more for a 4 year newer boat and an 08 150. The motor was more than the current asking price for everything. I sold my 86 with an 01 150 Merc and got $7800. If I was looking in your area, I'd have to visit that one.

Both sound really nice for the money. I'm also thinking of visiting this one: http://www.boattrader.com/listing/19...y-150-94355939

It's even more out of my price range but maybe I can borrow some more money! I was hoping to find something in the 5k range (6k tops) and haven't found much, but it seems if I could bump up my budget a little more the opportunities start multiplying.

It's personal preference, but I still like the shiny white gel coat of the V20's.
