This is a site one of my surfer buddies here in Panama City, FL showed me. You can view the swell height model for different regions (use the drop down box on the left to select your region). It's a little hard to get used to reading at first, but I find it to be a more accurate prediction than the NOAA forecast. Especially for predicting 3 to 4 days in advance compared to NOAA.

I checked it out for my area, looks sweet! I like that it shows not only the seas, but the wave period as well. Click on local overview, then click on a location near you--shows forcasts on an easy to read bar graph.

Cool man, I had never even looked at the bar graph before. Let us know how accurate the forecast is for your area the next time you go out to see for yourself.
