Obviously due to my late situation I didnt have time to post, but here it is anyways.
Went to DI and hit some lights with a few YAK buddies a few friday nights ago. We had a blast and killed the whites. After throwing back a couple dozen i started keeping em for frying up while watching the games on saturday. They were fun to catch in the YAK and the night was calm, clear and gorgeous. They ate good the next day fried up with some cheese grits too and beer too. ![]() We had a few flounder and small specks mixed in too.

I miss your yak reports Stink. My flounder season in NJ closed in Spetember so lately I have been just paddling around in the back bays. Until the stripers move in theres not a whole lot to fish for other than small snapper blues and croakers this time of year.
Are you using a cart for your Redfish? |

Thanks! No cart just tote it. I can get within 50' of the water anywhere I fish around here.
Fishing around here is at its peak for the fall and going to be great for another couple months. All my buddies are wearing out trout, flounder and redfish right now. I am ready to get out there soon, but Im headed to the woods saturday morning. I may try and do some fishing in the YAK saturday PM.
